I love the art style and I love the music. The whole feel of the game is pretty nostalgic; maybe that's why I like it so much, and it's just really well done overall. There are some subtle things that really helped pull the whole thing together and the random snails with little tidbits of information are great -- remind me of those game boy adventure games like zelda and golden sun. The responsiveness and smoothness of the interface is slick; too often a bunch of work goes into a game only to have annoying little delays with every click.

you went way too fast for the newbies to catch what you did, but good info.

I was wondering, why link the threshold on the compressor to the peak? what I usually do is link the channel volume or add 'Fruity Balance' and link the volume controller in there to the peak, is there a technical reason?

It lets you vary the amount that you sidechain by tweaking the ratio, attack, release, etc. Also, if you use the Fruity Limiter, you get a visual representation of what you're doing.

simple but exciting music, simple but exciting gameplay, lot's of unlockables, lots of levels...

[Meat Extreme]

Simple concept but pretty addicting, I beat the game though so I don't really see it as one of the hardest flash games ever.

But that's a good thing, it wasnt too easy, I actually had to focus, but it wasnt frustrating.

The music was lacking a bit, something catchier than a simple beat wouldve been nice.
