Awesome

The guitar melody is really catchy but the drums really saved the song, some crazy stuff you had going on there. I like the cowbell that randomly came in throughout the song.

Yeah, this time I thought to myself: "What would an over-talented and hyperactive drummer do if you let him off his leash?", and this came out of my head. I decided to keep the heavier part a bit lighter on drum complexity to keep the listener's head from exploding, however. ;D

This is very good, I can only imagine what the rest of the song will be like unfortunately and am eager to hear the rest of that 40 second preview,
Im giving a 9 because I dont want to give a 10 on a preview, so I'm using the buildup around 00:28 as my criticism, didnt feel strong enough.

I sincerely hope this makes it to newgrounds, dont have the money to buy this :D

You wrote this excellently and it sounds great but some things you should tune up and this song will be great.

In the intro you used a piano to accent the piano melody, considering how most of this song is epic i think you should of maybe used a different instrument or maybe some effects to the accent, but that accent should really come out more.

Your transitions are a bit abrupt but not too bad.

I think you should have more variation in instruments, at one point itll be just piano then another itll just be strings.

ooo a pad would sound nice or just something to fill in the silence of the background, epic songs like this should really loud powerful moments in them and i was waiting for it but was never really satisfied.

Bottom line, this song is pretty good as is but can be just plain incredible if you just smooth things out :D

Just needs a little EQ work

it feels really good but everything is feeling unbalanced, like when the beat comes in it feels washed out by the bass and througout the song it feels hollow. There are some harmonies which can be brought out, some melodies which should be turned down etc. Bottom line

Everything for a great song is there, just fix volume levels and the EQ and you're cool :D

Yeah, EQing this song was hell since my new laptop really sucks when it comes to sound. However, the bass was supposed to be heavier than the other sounds, I was going for a dark, aggressive atmosphere, and what's better to accomplish that than a gut-grinding bass-line? ;D

The mood you acheived is pretty awesome, the song was pretty good overall, but it just didnt feel very catchy especially in the beginning, I didnt feel that motivated to keep listening lol, glad I did though cuz when the drums came in the song got much better.

The bass drum around 1:07 is a bit scratchy, don't know if that's what you were going for but it didnt feel right.

1:02 to 1:07 is a transition where I tried to do that with the kick and the background atmosphere both getting a little louder. As far as the intro its hit or miss with some people. Maybe when I get time I'll go over the drums and intro more.

Very Good

You obviously got the creepy scary kinda feel you were aiming for. I live the vocals you added throughout the song.

There isnt much to criticize but I suggest, especially since you're going for a creepy feel, to underlay a sudden but methodic BD crash. There were parts that could would sound good with some stronger emphasis.

This is an awesome song, you have a good chance in the contest imo
